Inventory Planning & Control

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels to ensure product availability and meet sales demand.
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and sales channels to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize overstocking and stockouts.
• Analyze sales trends, historical data, and demand forecasts to determine replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and related departments to ensure timely product replenishment and stock availability.
• Coordinate with multiple brand partners and vendors regarding product availability, lead times, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor purchase orders and vendor deliveries to ensure products arrive according to the agreed schedule.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analysis, and replenishment recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and aging inventory, and recommend appropriate actions to optimize stock turnover.
• Support inventory accuracy by coordinating regular stock counts and investigating stock discrepancies.
• Evaluate inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve stock efficiency, product availability, and operational processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
• Experience handling multiple product categories and coordinating with multiple vendors or brand principals is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF functions, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
