Inventory Planning Assistan

Role Description This part-time remote role as an Inventory Planning Assistant at GH ImHô focuses on supporting inventory and production planning activities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring stock levels, updating inventory records, and preparing reports on demand, supply, and stock movements. The role involves assisting with production planning schedules, coordinating with internal teams to understand upcoming needs, and flagging potential shortages or overstock situations. The Inventory Planning Assistant will also help maintain data accuracy in planning systems, support continuous process improvements, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share information clearly.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Production Planning processes to assist with scheduling and resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet tools and inventory or ERP systems, along with solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities; prior experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations is beneficial.
