Inventory Record Accuracy

About the role

Conduct daily cycle counts of warehouse inventories and lead monthly wall-to-wall warehouse inventory counts. Reconcile physical stock counts with inventory records, analyze discrepancies, and investigate root causes of variances such as damaged goods, misplaced items, and data entry errors. Submit accurate inventory reports to management and identify inefficiencies or non-conformances in warehouse workflows and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with warehouse management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle count of warehouse inventories
• Lead and conduct monthly wall-to-wall warehouse inventory counts
• Reconcile physical stock counts with inventory records
• Analyze discrepancies and investigate root cause of variances
• Submit accurate inventory reports to management
• Identify inefficiencies or non-conformances in warehouse workflows and SOPs
• Coordinate with WH OIC/LL/WLM to address audit findings and implement corrective action
