What they need

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end inventory data management, physical stock counting and inventory discrepancy resolution to ensure full alignment between system inventory and actual stock. Monitor inventory levels, aging stock and slow-moving/obsolete inventory, and partner with procurement and business teams to drive sustainable and healthy inventory turnover.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain daily inventory data accuracy for materials and finished goods. Process all inbound, outbound, transfer and return transactions timely in ERP/WMS systems to ensure reliable and consistent inventory data.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual physical inventory audits, generate official inventory reports, investigate inventory variances, analyze root causes, and complete formal inventory adjustment and approval workflows.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels and aging status, identify overstocked, near-expiry, slow-moving and obsolete materials. Regularly update obsolete inventory lists and collaborate with procurement and business teams to develop consumption and disposal strategies to mitigate inventory overstock risks.
  • Compile periodic inventory analysis reports, covering inventory balance, aging analysis, turnover efficiency and slow-moving inventory status to support data-driven inventory decisions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and sales departments to oversee stock return, transfer and scrapping processes, identify inventory anomalies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Evaluate existing inventory management workflows, identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and propose practical optimization solutions for continuous process improvement.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc inventory management tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or above; major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in inventory control and warehouse data management; candidate with 3C electronics industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis); familiar with mainstream ERP systems (SAP / Kingdee / UFIDA) and WMS warehouse management systems.
  • Data-sensitive, detail-oriented and rigorous at work, with strong capabilities in problem investigation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, strong accountability, and ability to work efficiently under fast-paced work pressure.
