  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility to inventory accuracy, aging, stock risk, order exceptions, and service impacts.
  • Analyze trends, recurring issues, and cross-channel inventory signals; convert findings into clear recommendations for leaders and partners.
  • Apply scenario analysis and AI-enabled tools responsibly to identify risks, opportunities, and inventory optimization actions.

Automation, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Support:

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement workflow automations that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and shorten response times.
  • Partner across internal and external stakeholders to improve end-to-end inventory processes. Maintain process documentation and provide reliable coverage for critical Logistics and Reverse Logistics activities.

What You Bring:

Education

  • BA/BS degree required; Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, manufacturing/distribution, warehouse operations, or physical logistics preferred.

  • Strong data analytics capability, including advanced Excel; experience with SQL and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards, automating workflows, and converting complex data into practical business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for analysis, exception detection, research, or productivity improvement.
  • Evidence of successful process improvement leadership.

Bonus Points:

  • Consumer goods, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or retail logistics experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to $32.50 per hour + overtime
  • Medical insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k)
