What they need
Details:
- Conduct actual inventory count and encoding
- Counting materials, equipment, tools or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records
- Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
- Coordination with other departments for seamless operations
- Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
- Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
- Prepares daily and weekly production report.
Requirements:
- At least vocational graduate of related course
- Experience in inventory/logistics/office work
- Knowledge in construction materials is a plus
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
- Computer literate (MS office / Google workspace)
- Detail-oriented and can multitask
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Knows how to lead and manage people
