About the role

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to join a fast-paced warehousing and logistics team? Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a full-time Inventory Staff to join our Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our distribution center.

What you'll be doing

• Performing regular cycle counts to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies
• Accurately logging all incoming and outgoing shipments in our warehouse management system
• Assisting with the organization and storage of goods to maximize warehouse capacity
• Supporting the preparation and dispatch of customer orders in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the wider logistics team to implement process improvements
• Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures

What we're looking for

• Strong numeric and analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Experience in a similar warehousing or inventory management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant IT systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
