Inventory Staff

About the role

As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient management of the company's warehouse operations.

Responsible

1. Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods and materials
2. Accurately maintaining inventory records and stock levels
3. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution and delivery of goods
4. Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations
5. Assisting in the organization and upkeep of the warehouse
6. Providing support to the wider operations team as needed

Requirement

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory or warehouse or logistic management role
2. Min Diploma Degree in Logistic Management
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
4. Proficient in using inventory management systems and MS Office applications
5. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
7. A proactive and reliable approach to work
