About the role

8Sphere Distribution Corp. is seeking an Inventory Staff to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting the overall supply chain management objectives of the company. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will directly impact our ability to serve customers effectively and maintain optimal inventory control across our distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and logging incoming inventory items into the warehouse management system
• Conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation
• Organising and maintaining proper storage of products in designated warehouse locations
• Picking and packing orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Labelling, barcoding and tagging inventory items for easy identification and tracking
• Monitoring stock levels and flagging items that require reordering
• Assisting with inventory audits and providing accurate reporting to management
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and maintaining a clean, organised work environment
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily distribution targets and deadlines
• Reporting discrepancies, damages or losses to supervisory staff promptly

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory management or a similar logistics role (at least 1-2 years preferred)
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail with excellent counting and organisational abilities
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kilograms regularly
• Competence in reading and interpreting inventory reports, barcodes and shipping labels
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to maintaining safety standards
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory reconciliation and stock counting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional shifts as required by operations
