Inventory Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Staff member to manage and monitor food, beverage, and supply inventories. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock records, proper storage, timely replenishment, and minimal spoilage or wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily inventory of food, beverages, ingredients, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Check product quality, quantities, expiration dates, and packaging conditions.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess, damaged, or expired items.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, warehouse, and operations teams for stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor food wastage and assist in controlling inventory costs.
• Perform other inventory-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; a degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of inventory experience in food and beverage, restaurants, hotels, catering, or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock rotation, food storage, and expiration monitoring.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing inventory duties.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.

Pay: Php15,700.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
