Inventory Staff

We are looking for a trustworthy, organized, and proactive Inventory Staff to monitor and maintain accurate records of the company's truck parts, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking incoming and outgoing items, updating inventory records, and coordinating with the Purchasing Staff and mechanics to ensure the availability of materials needed for truck repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

The Inventory Staff is expected to:

• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing truck parts, materials, tools, and supplies as well as stock levels and items that need replenishment, if there are any.
• Maintain and regularly update inventory records using Microsoft Excel or other computer-based systems.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Staff regarding items that need to be purchased or restocked.
• Assist with the urgent purchase and pick-up of truck parts, materials, and supplies when necessary to avoid delays in truck repairs and operations, subject to company approval.
• Receive and inspect delivered items to ensure that the quantities and specifications match the purchase documents.
• Record materials and parts released to mechanics for truck repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with mechanics to track the usage and return of unused materials or parts.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stocks with recorded inventory.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain organized records, receipts, and related documents.
• Respond to urgent material requests and communicate inventory concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 YEARS of related experience in inventory, stock control, warehouse, or a related position.
• With a valid driver’s license and can drive both motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Preferably with experience handling truck parts, automotive materials, tools, equipment, or supplies
• Willing to be trained in the daily operations of the company.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in record-keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets or similar inventory tracking systems
• Able to coordinate effectively with Purchasing Staff, mechanics, drivers, and other personnel
• Responsible for checking and recording incoming deliveries and outgoing materials
• Able to maintain organized inventory records, receipts, forms, and other documents
• Able to meet deadlines and respond to urgent material requirements
• Trustworthy, responsible, and dependable in handling company materials and records

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
