INVENTORY STAFF

About the role

This role involves managing inventory operations across multiple bakery branches, using ERP systems to encode production reports, and maintaining accurate records of raw materials and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Use the ERP System to encode production reports
• Create columnars for the inventory's raw materials
• Visit every branch in the vicinity and conduct inventory checks
• Track employee shortages in the bakery and prepare incident reports for HR-ER and ATD
• Monitor each branch's LPG usage
• Encrypt reports and balance raw materials receipts sent to branches
• Monitor all bakery supplies (rags, old news, soaps, etc.) for assigned branches/cluster
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management

About you

• Graduate of Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related course
• With or without experience in inventory management; relevant experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willing to learn new procedures
• Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
