Inventory Supervisor

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the proper receipt, storage, movement, issuance, and monitoring of FMCG products. The position supervises inventory control activities, conducts regular inventory counts and reconciliations, monitors product shelf life and condition, and investigates stock discrepancies.

The role ensures compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles, company procedures, product-handling requirements, and internal controls to minimize inventory losses, damages, expirations, and stock variances.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG.
• At least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, cycle counting, reconciliation, FIFO, and FEFO.
• Experience using an ERP, warehouse management system, inventory system, or similar business software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong numerical, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during physical inventory or when operationally necessary.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
