INVENTORY SUPERVISOR

About the role

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Bustos, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and control of inventory operations within our supply chain facility. As an Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee daily inventory activities, maintain accurate records, and support our customer service objectives by ensuring stock levels meet operational demands. This supervisory role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service DHL Supply Chain is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate inventory management activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in our systems
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Lead and motivate inventory team members to meet performance targets and maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with logistics and customer service teams to fulfil order requirements and manage inventory flow
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on inventory status and team performance
• Train and develop team members on inventory procedures and best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in an inventory, warehouse, or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency with warehouse management software
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities to manage inventory counts and data
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and customer service principles
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory records
• Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs
• A recognised qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations would be advantageous
