Inventory Supervisor

About the role

As the Inventory Supervisor at Flexofast Indonesia, a leading ecommerce fulfillment & logistics company, you will supervise and ensure all inventory operations are performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with SOPs, operational standards, and SLAs. You will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across inventory management, warehouse utilization, and stock availability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure all inventory operations are performed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with SOPs, operational standards, and SLAs.
• Ensure putaway activities are completed promptly and accurately based on location mapping, SKU, lot/expiry, inventory status, and location capacity.
• Monitor and control replenishment activities from reserve to pickface based on picking requirements, stock availability, and minimum stock levels.
• Ensure sufficient stock availability at pickface to prevent stock-outs and minimize picking interruptions.
• Ensure every inventory movement is recorded accurately and on time in the WMS, with quantity, location, SKU, lot/expiry, and inventory status aligned between system and physical stock.
• Ensure warehouse locations are utilized according to location mapping, capacity, storage requirements, and applicable warehouse rules.
• Ensure proper segregation and handling of damaged, quarantine/hold, near-expiry, expired, and returned stock, and enforce FIFO/FEFO discipline.
• Execute daily cycle counts and periodic stock opname together with the Stock Control team and clients, and follow up on count results.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper investigation, resolution, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop the Inventory team while ensuring proper workload and manpower allocation, productivity, discipline, and operational SLA achievement.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, including at least 1 year as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, putaway, replenishment, internal transfer, inventory movement, cycle counting, stock opname, and warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of WMS/ERP processes, particularly inventory movement and warehouse transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience working with operational data and reporting is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with operational targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage a team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends/public holidays and month-end stock opname when required.
• Living in the area within max 45 minutes from office.
