Keystone Bingo Supply provides bingo supplies and small games of chance products to clubs and organizations throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Our Muncy warehouse is an important part of our operation, ensuring orders are processed accurately and products reach our customers on time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our Muncy warehouse.

This is a working supervisory position for someone who can organize daily priorities, direct employees, monitor inventory, and ensure customer orders are received, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The right candidate will be comfortable working alongside warehouse employees while making sure the daily operation runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, follows through on assignments, communicates well, and can keep employees focused and productive.

This is not an entry-level warehouse position. Previous warehouse experience and experience leading or directing other employees are important.

Responsibilities

Daily Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities and assign work to employees.
• Monitor incoming shipments, order picking, packing, and outgoing shipments.
• Help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Keep warehouse storage areas organized, clean, and orderly.
• Identify workflow problems and bring issues to management's attention.

Inventory Control

• Help maintain accurate inventory records in the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report problems for resolution.
• Ensure incoming products are checked for correct quantities and visible damage.
• Help maintain organized storage locations so products can be located efficiently.

Employee Supervision

• Direct and monitor the daily work of warehouse employees.
• Set clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, attendance, and workplace conduct.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures and job responsibilities.
• Address routine performance or workflow issues and communicate significant concerns to management.
• Help maintain a professional, cooperative, and productive work environment.

Shipping, Receiving, and Equipment

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with vendors and freight carriers.
• Ensure shipping and receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Help ensure warehouse equipment, storage areas, and work practices are safe.
• Communicate order delays, inventory problems, and other operational issues to the appropriate office staff or management.

Communication and Reporting

• Keep management informed of daily warehouse activity, staffing concerns, inventory issues, and order problems.
• Follow established company procedures and help improve day-to-day efficiency.
• Carry out additional warehouse-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or inventory experience.
• Previous experience supervising employees, leading a team, or assigning and monitoring work.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and keep work moving in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and computerized inventory systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to take responsibility for the quality of the team's work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, office staff, and management.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to handle items weighing up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform the physical activities required for warehouse work.

What We Are Looking For

We need a reliable person who can take charge of the daily warehouse workload without requiring constant direction. You should be comfortable giving instructions, following up with employees, keeping inventory organized, and making sure orders are handled correctly.

Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Lead, Shipping and Receiving Lead, Inventory Lead, or similar position is helpful. We will also consider a strong warehouse employee who has demonstrated leadership ability and is ready to take the next step.

Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work well with others are essential.
