Inventory Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Staff supervision: Oversee and train inventory staff, assign tasks, and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.

2. Inventory control: Manage the receiving, storing, counting, and distributing of goods to maintain accurate records.

3. Data accuracy: Conduct regular audits and physical counts to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory data.

4. Process management: Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

5. Reporting and analysis: Create and maintain inventory reports, monitoring stock levels and analyzing trends to recommend restocking or reduction.

6. Coordination: Work with other departments like procurement, Warehouse, Production & logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

7. Supplier relations: May work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and negotiate contracts.

8. Systems Management: Manage Accuracy of Warehouse Management System.

9. Accomplishes other tasks as may be given by management from time to time.
