What they need
Inventory Supervisor (E-Commerce)
Company: Horizon Group
Location: TPY Estate
Reports to: Managing Director
Type: Full-time, on-site at the warehouse
About the Role
Horizon Group is a fast-growing consumer group operating across Southeast Asia. E-commerce is our main sales channel, which means our stock has to be accurate and ready to ship at all times.
Make sure the stock in the warehouse matches the numbers in the system every day — and when it doesn't, find the cause and fix it at the source, not just adjust the figures to match. This is a hands-on role. You will work with the warehouse team every day, run stock counts, analyse stock data, and improve how the team works together.
What You'll Do
Daily Stock Control
Control and track the movement of inventory in the warehouse so it is accurate every day.
Check and manage stock levels so they match the data in the system.
Investigate and correct stock data errors in the system.
Monitor picking and dispatch to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed, and regularly check stock ageing and expiry dates to prevent slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock.
Stock Counts & Analysis
Plan and run regular stock counts (Stock Count / Cycle Count), and report results and variances.
Analyse stock data to find the root cause of issues, and propose fixes that stop them from happening again.
Process Improvement
Improve inventory management processes to make them more efficient and more accurate.
Work with the floor team to understand problems at the source and set up ways of working the team can actually use.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with related teams, including Purchasing, Sales, and Import-Export.
Prepare stock reports and present them to management.
Other tasks as assigned.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have
3–5 years in stock, inventory, or warehouse management.
At least 1 year of experience leading or managing a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Reliable, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Leadership, systematic thinking, and the confidence to make decisions.
Ready to work hands-on on the warehouse floor and improve how the team works.
Useful to Have
Experience with JST, ERP, or WMS systems.
Experience in e-commerce or retail.
The Ideal Candidate
Someone who believes accurate stock starts on the warehouse floor — who walks into the warehouse to see the problem before drawing conclusions from the numbers, asks why a count is off, and doesn't stop until it is fixed at the source. Someone ready to lead the team toward more accurate, more systematic work as the business grows.
Other offers great for you!
