Inventory Support Specialist

Job Overview

Crestwood Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records, support warehouse operations, and ensure efficient product movement. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and a commitment to inventory accuracy and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Update inventory data in WMS and ERP systems.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain organized storage locations.
• Follow safety procedures and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or on a team.

Pay: $22.40 - $25.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
