Job Overview

Eagle's Store is a family-owned shop in West Yellowstone, Montana — a Yellowstone gem since 1908, welcoming travelers with apparel, gifts, and souvenirs and our historic soda fountain. We're looking for a hands-on Inventory / Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse and keep products moving to the store floor. This is an on-your-feet leadership role, not a desk job: you'll be in the warehouse every day receiving trucks, moving and organizing stock, running counts, and leading the warehouse crew by working right alongside them. It's a great fit for someone who is organized, physically active, a strong leader, and ready for a fast-paced Yellowstone summer.

Responsibilities

• Run the warehouse day to day and work hands-on alongside the team.
• Unload, receive, tag, and manage incoming shipments; check them in and flag damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Move inventory between the warehouse and the store floor and keep shelves and displays stocked.
• Organize, store, and label stock so everything is easy to find and move.
• Lead regular stock counts and full physical inventories; find and fix count errors.
• Keep track of low stock and let the office know what needs to be reordered before we run out.
• Prepare the warehouse for the summer rush and keep it lean and organized in the off-season.
• Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and on time.
• Train, schedule, and lead warehouse workers and stockers, especially during peak season.
• Log counts and stock movements in our inventory system (we'll train you on ours).
• Keep the warehouse and back-of-house clean, organized, and safe every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience, including 1+ year leading a team.
• Retail or seasonal business experience preferred.
• Ready to work hands-on in the warehouse: able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, move stock, bend, climb ladders, and stand and stay active throughout the day.
• Experience running stock counts and keeping inventory accurate.
• Comfortable with a handheld scanner and basic inventory software.
• A strong leader who can train and motivate a seasonal crew.
• Organized, with a strong eye for detail.
• Available for 60–70 hours per week from April through October.
• Dependable, hard-working, and a good team player.
• Forklift experience a plus.

Pay & Schedule

• From $72,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
• Peak season (April – October): 60–70 hours per week.
• Off-season (November – March): 40–50 hours per week.
