What they need

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

We need you to help keep our inventory, warehouse, shipping, and invoice processes accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. As an Inventory & Warehouse Specialist, you will maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping. You will also support on-time deliveries, prepare shipping documentation, work with carriers and internal partners, and administer supplier invoices through Medius. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve issues will strengthen inventory accuracy, financial controls, customer service, and day-to-day operational performance.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

This position may be a great fit if you enjoy balancing detailed administrative work with hands-on coordination in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. You should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in inventory control, warehouse administration, logistics, shipping and receiving, supply chain, or accounts payable. An associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is important, while familiarity with Medius, warehouse management systems, and manufacturing or distribution operations is preferred. You must be comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, walking throughout warehouse and production areas, lifting up to 25 pounds when needed, and operating or becoming certified to operate authorized material-handling equipment.
