Investigations Head

Primero Security and Investigative Agency is a Metro Manila–based private security firm providing manned guarding, executive and close protection, and investigative services to corporate and private clients. We are a growing agency building a professional, licensed, and client-focused team. We are hiring an Operations Officer to support the Operations Manager in running client deployments smoothly, keeping posts manned, guards supervised, and records in order.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor duty schedules, reliefs, and daily post coverage

• Conduct roving inspections and spot checks of guards on post, including night checks

• Monitor guard attendance, conduct, uniform, and equipment (radios, firearms, logbooks)

• Receive, document, and escalate incident reports; assist in initial fact-finding

• Coordinate with client representatives on day-to-day service concerns

• Assist in onboarding, briefing, and refresher training of security personnel

• Maintain deployment records, firearm and license tracking, and post documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly operations reports for the Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or a related field preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in security operations, supervision, or a similar role

• Valid PNP-SOSIA license (Security Officer or Security Guard) is an advantage

• Familiar with guard deployment, post inspections, and incident reporting

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with frontline personnel

• Willing to do field work, rotate shifts, and travel between client sites

• Basic MS Office or Google Workspace skills

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
