- Assess participant performance and provide practical feedback.
- Develop or adapt lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and participant materials.

- Coordinate with project managers and subject matter experts to maintain consistent training quality.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional investigative interviewing experience.
- At least three years of experience as an instructor, trainer, or educator.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and facilitate engaging adult learning.
- Experience conducting criminal, civil, regulatory, administrative, workplace, or comparable investigations.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel for scheduled training engagements.
Preferred experience
- Applying or teaching the P.E.A.C.E. investigative interviewing model.
- Training government investigators, law enforcement personnel, inspectors, auditors, or compliance professionals.
