Investment Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies for real estate investment projects.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence covering financial, legal, regulatory, property condition, and competitive aspects.
• Prepare document request packages and compile relevant information required for the investment process.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the Investment Committee, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and potential investment projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real estate and/or finance. Experience in the retail, office, or warehouse sectors will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of finance, economics, market analysis, financial analysis, accounting, and valuation.
• Basic knowledge of investment agreements will be an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Willing and able to travel to off-site locations as required.
