Investment Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models across business units
• Provide scenario analyses and insights to support strategic planning

Fundraising & Investor Materials

• Prepare memorandums, presentations, and investment narratives
• Tailor materials to diverse investor audiences with accuracy and professionalism

Due Diligence & Investor Relations

• Lead due diligence processes and manage investor requests
• Maintain organized data rooms and safeguard sensitive information

Management Reporting & Business Intelligence

• Support senior management with clear board reports and presentations
• Streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality across units

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles
• Proven track record of financial modeling and analysis

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling techniques
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create professional, visually compelling presentations
• Experience with financial analysis tools and databases
• Familiarity with virtual data room platforms is a plus
