Investment Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial due diligence on investment opportunities, including analyzing cash flows, valuations, and risk assessments.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential investments and create scenario analyses for value creation scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify highways projects that meet the company's strategic objectives and provide recommendations for optimal investment strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance by tracking key metrics such as return on investment (ROI) and internal rate of return (IRR).

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in Investment Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling techniques, including Valuation models and Scenario Analysis.
• Experience with Highways projects or similar infrastructure investments is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
