Who We Are
Zhengbao Capital (Hong Kong) Limited is a family office. We are committed to value investing and are building a quantitative long-term value investing platform across three markets: A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, and U.S. stocks. We work in three-person squads and use quantitative analysis to navigate market cycles.

What You'll Do

Quickly learn and master the Company's investment analysis system, including:

• Fundamental Analysis Model
• Industry Analysis Model
• Market Analysis Model
• Risk Analysis Model
• Buy/Sell Decision Model

Apply the five models above to select investment targets and generate investment returns.

Who We're Looking For

1. 0–3 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Excellent ability to keep learning, with the capacity to quickly master new cognitive and systems frameworks.

3. Clear goals.

4. The following professional skills:

• Data decomposition
• Model building
• Algorithm development
• AI Agent application

5. Candidates with experience at internationally renowned consulting firms, such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company, will be given priority.

What You'll Get

• Base Salary: HKD 30,000–60,000 per month (based on ability and performance), plus a daily lunch allowance of HKD 200.
• Growth Potential: Every promotion raises your base salary. We offer a clear promotion path, top performers can be promoted multiple times within a year, and you can rise to partner and directly manage trades.
