Investment Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Investment Associate to support our investment team across a wide range of investment projects — from private placements and Pre-IPO deals to IPO execution and selective secondary market transactions. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a solid foundation in investment. You will work closely with senior team members across the full investment lifecycle — from screening and execution to post-investment monitoring and client reporting.

What You'll Do

Investment Operations

• Assist in deal execution coordination, including documentation preparation and cross-functional communication with counterparties, investors, and legal team
• Support fund establishment, regulatory filing, and related administrative processes
• Assist with exit planning, including settlement coordination and profit distribution
• Support post-investment monitoring, data collection, and periodic reporting

Client Operations & Reporting

• Assist with client onboarding, KYC maintenance, and day-to-day client communication
• Help prepare client investment reports, asset allocation proposals, and periodic portfolio reports
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

General

• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by senior investment staff

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above from a leading university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in asset management, PE/VC, Big 4, securities firms, or financial consulting
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Well-organized and detail-oriented; strong execution mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
