Investment Associate, Data Centers

The Client:

Our client is a boutique, founder-led global investment firm that acquires, develops and operates data centers. It is backed by an affiliated operating platform and led by a team with deep experience building and running data center businesses. They are looking to grow their investment team due to their strong deal pipeline and substantial dry powder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research investment opportunities
• Build and develop financial models
• Conduct detailed business and financial due diligence
• Manage third party vendors
• Assist in monitoring and managing existing investments
• Perform comparative company and asset valuation analysis

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years' experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Experience with real estate, digital infrastructure, TMT, power, or renewables is required
• Exceptional financial modeling skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Either based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
