Investment Director

Summary
You will serve as the lead strategist of a family office to drive the ideation and execution of investment strategy, focuses on secondary market instruments. Your main goal is to grow and protect their investment portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide Guidance to Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to the family’s top decision-makers. You’ll suggest where to invest in and create a long-term plan to achieve their financial goals.
• Be the Market Expert: Keep abreast on global economy and money movements. You’ll need to understand everything from basic stocks and bonds to more complex investments like private equity and alternative assets.
• Team & Deals Management: Lead a small while specialized team to identify good investment opportunities. Research, analyze and shortlist financial instruments with great potential to execute deals.
• Relationship Management: As the representative to deal with big banks and other investment partners to maintain a professional and mutual relationships.

Requirements

• Education: A university degree holder
• Experience: With 20+ years' work experience, of which a minimal 12 years' in high-level investment roless. Prior family office experience is essential
• Proven Skills: With solid track record in investment advisory and in successfully managing & closing sizeable global investment deals
• Credentials: You are a qualified accountant (CPA) or a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
