Investment Operation

1. Act as the main coordinator to contact the funds / companies in which the bank invests, request various 
   information related to investment, and collect details of money transfers / receipts so that they can be 
   processed within the specified time frame
2. Prepare a Subscription Agreement and prepare supporting documents and submit them to the authorized 
   person for signature.
3. Prepare documents to notify Outward International Fund Transfer Department to transfer money for 
   investment transaction
4. Prepare a memorandum to notify Security Service Department for buy /sell/transfer/receive both 
   domestic and foreign securities
5. Coordinate with the legal team to review the agreement details before submitting it for signing.
6. Prepare and consolidate reports to Bank of Thailand and internal department such as Accounting 
   Department.
7. Other tasks as assigned
   Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Ecomics or related fields.
• Good command of English and computer literacy (i.e. Microsoft office)
• Experience in investment field would be an advantage
