Company Description LEO Wealth is an independent, employee-owned wealth management firm with offices in the United States and Asia, serving cross-border families in over 30 countries. We are committed to providing objective advice, global investment expertise, and long-term client partnerships. With approximately USD 4 billion in assets under management, our primary focus is on discretionary managed accounts. Our Asia offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo offer specialised U.S. and Japanese tax advisory services. Our US offices support Texas and regional clients, as well as international clients across the U.S. In our locations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Dallas Fort Worth, we deliver comprehensive guidance to private clients and corporations, supporting global citizens in achieving and protecting their wealth across borders.

Investment Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations professional to support the day-to-day operations of our private markets platform. The role will be based in Hong Kong and will focus on operational management of private market fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and related investment vehicles, ensuring accurate execution of investment transactions, investor servicing, fund accounting oversight, regulatory compliance, and administrator management.

The successful candidate:

  • Will serve as a key liaison between our investment team, clients, fund administrators, custodians, auditors and legal counsel, helping ensure the smooth operation and scalability of our private market investment platform.
  • Will receive broad exposure to private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, and hedge fund investments conducted through fund-of-funds, feeder fund and SPV structures.
  • Has experience in the financial industry, ideally a previous role related to fund administration.
  • Is eager to become well-versed in all products and investment strategies and able to present this information to advisors across our firm.
  • Will have the opportunity to use his/her experience to implement new, and improve existing, policies/procedures and to help set up controls and best practices within our investment team
  • Will work seamlessly with colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Dallas Fort Worth.
  • Will interact not only with fund vendors, but also underlying fund managers, getting an opportunity to learn about investment theses and processes, not just operations.
  • Will participate in the broader investment team’s public markets trading and implementation responsibilities, beyond private markets operations
  • Approaches all existing processes and procedures with a critical mind
  • Will report to the firm’s Head of Investment Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor fund liquidity, cash balances, and upcoming funding requirements.
  • Reconcile investment positions, capital accounts, and cash balances with administrators and custodians.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external fund administrators, tax advisors and auditors.
  • Review and oversee administrator deliverables, including NAV calculations, investor capital account statements, K-1s, financial statements, performance reporting, regulatory filings and investor reporting packages
  • Monitor service levels and perform periodic service provider reviews.
  • Respond to investor operational inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track fund performance, cash flows, expenses, and management fees and support audit, tax and regulatory reporting processes.

  • Support client relationships by providing timely responses to client inquiries, while collaborating with broader teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.

Requirements:
