As a Funds Operations Analyst , you will support critical operational workflows related to private investments, fund activities, capital movements, investment documentation, and process improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with investment, operations, finance, compliance, and external service providers while building a strong foundation in investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational workflows across venture capital, private equity, and other private investment activities
• Coordinate investment subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, and ongoing investment maintenance
• Organize and maintain investment documentation, onboarding materials, and operational records
• Manage workflow trackers, calendars, and reporting tools to ensure timely execution of activities
• Partner with custodians, fund administrators, investment managers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with funding coordination, wire processing support, and cash movement tracking
• Support operational aspects of investment transactions, including secondary market activities
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements
• Help develop and maintain operating procedures and process documentation
• Contribute to projects that enhance operational scalability and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, fund accounting, audit or tax for Fund clients, asset management operations, or related financial services functions
• Exposure to private markets, venture capital, private equity, fund-of-funds, or alternative investments strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Technology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement
• Demonstrated interest in investments, financial markets, or alternative assets
• Bachelor's degree required
