Investment Specialist

Company A fast-growing wealth-tech platform based in Bengaluru, enabling investors, wealth advisors and financial distributors to access and manage a wide range of investment products through technology-driven solutions. The platform offers products across mutual funds, equities, fixed income, PMS and AIFs, along with digital tools for portfolio management, client engagement and investment tracking.

The company is building a technology-led ecosystem that simplifies the wealth management journey and helps financial professionals deliver more personalised investment solutions at scale.

Role Overview The role requires a strong understanding of PMS, AIF and GIFT City investment products, market trends and investment strategies. The candidate will be responsible for driving awareness and adoption of these products by enabling partners, supporting client interactions, and creating product communication that helps grow the business. The role will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Research teams to ensure effective product positioning and partner engagement.

Responsibilities Business Growth & Product Enablement

• Responsible for the growth of PMS, AIF and GIFT City products through partner engagement, client meetings and other business initiatives.
• Conduct partner trainings, webinars, branch sessions and product presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to explain product strategies and address investment-related queries.
• Create pitch decks, product notes, comparison documents and sales enablement material.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to execute product campaigns and launch initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, GIFT City and capital market products.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for partners and clients.
• Self-driven with a keen interest in investment products and markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Investment Advisory or Capital Markets.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related fields.
• NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
