Investor Relations Associate

• Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies to strengthen relationships with global and local investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, corporate profiles, and other communication materials to communicate the Group’s business performance and growth strategy.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other investor engagement activities.
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, peer analysis, and valuation assessments to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Support IPO strategy, fundraising, capital market initiatives, and other strategic projects led by the CEO Office.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and business units to deliver investor relations activities and Group-level strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, equity research, or corporate finance is preferred.
• Good understanding of finance, accounting, business strategy, capital markets, and investor relations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and presentation development using PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
