Investor Relations Associate

Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Communication & Reporting

• Support preparation of quarterly earnings communication, investor presentations, press releases and other earnings-related materials
• Prepare business reviews, management/Board updates and financial and operational performance analysis
• Translate financial and operational performance into clear, investor-friendly messaging
• Support preparation of the Annual Report, including MD&A and other relevant sections

2. Investor & Analyst Engagement

• Support engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital-market stakeholders
• Coordinate earnings calls, roadshows, analyst meetings, investor conferences and site visits
• Support planning and execution of Investor Days and other capital-market events
• Maintain a comprehensive database and tracker of investor and analyst interactions, feedback and follow-up actions

3. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

• Track industry trends, peer performance, valuations and analyst coverage
• Track analyst estimates, consensus and key investor expectations
• Conduct peer benchmarking and provide relevant market insights to management
• Prepare detailed shareholding analysis and track changes in the shareholder base

4. Cross-functional & Strategic Support

• Work closely with Finance and business teams to extract financial and operational insights for IR communication
• Support M&A evaluation, peer benchmarking and other strategic initiatives, as required

Support communication of the Companys long-term strategy, growth initiatives and investment proposition

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Equity Research
• Preferred Background: Experience with a listed company having an active IR program, an IR advisory firm or equity research
• Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong financial analysis, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently analyze financial and operational data
