Your role

We are looking for a high-potential and motivated university student or recent graduate interested in Finance and capital markets to join our Investor Relations team. In this role, you will support financial market communications, monitor macroeconomic and capital market developments with a focus on China and Asia, analyze listed peers and analyst consensus, and contribute to financial analysis and the preparation of materials for senior management and the investor community.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results, KPIs and performance trends
• Support preparation of quarterly and annual performance analysis
• Build and update Excel-based models, trackers and dashboards
• Contribute to peer benchmarking and market comparisons
• Support analysis of regional competitors and investor expectations
• Consolidate insights on market sentiment and performance drivers

Main requirements:

• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Finance, Economics, Business or similar
• Strong interest in financial analysis and data-driven work
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured
• Curious and comfortable working with numbers
• English: fluent (mandatory)
• Mandarin Chinese: nice to have (for exposure to Chinese investors and markets)

Salary Package

• 900 Eur Gross per month
