Investor Relations Manager

Job descriptions:

·        Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with the company’s vision, business objectives, and financial goals.

·        Position the company effectively in the capital market and communicate the company’s performance, outlook, and value proposition to investors.

·        Financial Disclosure and Communication.

·        Handle investor inquiries professionally and maintain a comprehensive investor database.

·        Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance.

Qualifications:

·        5–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Planning—preferably within the financial services or banking industry.

·        Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and disclosure regulations (SEC/SET).

·        Strategic and analytical thinking / Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills / High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

·        CFA Level 1 or above, or Investor Relations Certificate (SET) will be an advantage.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
