About the Role

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Investor Relations Manager to support investor communications, stakeholder engagement, financial reporting coordination, and investor relationship management.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for investors and internal stakeholders, helping ensure that company information is communicated accurately, professionally, and consistently. This role requires strong communication skills, sound business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective investors and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, briefings, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and maintain investor presentations, company updates, reports, and other communication materials.
• Communicate company performance, business developments, strategic priorities, and relevant financial information using approved materials.
• Coordinate with senior management, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure investor communications are accurate and appropriate.
• Monitor investor feedback, market developments, industry trends, and stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain organised records of investor interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Support the planning and execution of investor relations strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with financial reporting schedules, investor updates, and corporate announcements, where applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable company policies, disclosure requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Communications, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
• Relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, financial services, corporate communications, or stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse business information and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different departments.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working with institutional investors, shareholders, financial analysts, or senior executives is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is SGD [actual minimum]–[actual maximum] per month. Any performance bonus, variable compensation, or additional benefits will be explained during the recruitment process and will be subject to the applicable employment terms and company policies.
