Investor Relationship Associate

CRole & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly membership acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue targets aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Drive membership acquisition through networking, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with members and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of members within the Venture Catalysts ecosystem.
• Act as the primary point of contact for member queries and support.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across platform offerings and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of member-related activities and experiences.
• Maintain accurate member databases, track interactions, and generate periodic reports.
• Support member events, networking sessions, and ecosystem engagement activities.
• Contribute towards member retention and overall relationship management initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with prior experience in startups, venture capital, financial services, communities, or ecosystem-driven organizations will be preferred.

• Exposure to handling HNI clients, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement will be an added advantage.
