Responsibilities

• Supervise examination sessions to ensure compliance with exam rules and regulations
• Verify candidate identities and check necessary documentation before exams begin
• Distribute exam materials securely and collect them at the end of each session
• Monitor candidates during exams to prevent misconduct or cheating
• Provide clear instructions and support to candidates regarding exam procedures
• Maintain a quiet, organized, and professional environment throughout the examination period
• Complete attendance records, incident reports, and any required documentation accurately

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to remain vigilant and attentive for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and address candidate questions
• Teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; a background in education can be beneficial
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed
• Comfortable working in a professional setting with diverse groups of people
