Experince - 2 to 5 years

Qualification - M.Sc Chemistry

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Involving in all activities regarding to shipment process for all FFS projwts and FTE programs by coordinating with all cross functional teams and PR&D.
• Coordination with AR&D team for collection of shipment samples and A TR.
• Maintaining the shipment tracker for all shipped targets based on client wise.
• Involving in Product stock maintenance Activities.
• Maintaining the packing material Coordinating and handling Shipment dispatch related activities.
• Maintenance of Compound Management/Resource Management Trackers.
• Communicating and sharing the Analytical Stability summary sheets to the Management Any other activities suggested by HOD of Program Management.
• Updating ongoing projectst status for the all PDMO project.
• Conducting Project Kick-off Meetings for all the Newly PDMO Projects and sharing the Minutes of the Meeting to the team.
• Involving in the Project Charter Preparation and readiness for the Kick-off meetings.
• Updating Of the Left-over stock maintenance data and Storage of materials under PGM.
• Any Other activities suggested by HOD of Program Management. Authorities.
• Creation of the new customer code in the Sci-sample software and providing the Authorization to the team.
• Coordination with SCIM/R&D team for RM activities and other Analytical Outsourcing activities
