Roles and Responsibilities

• Record to Report (RTR) process, including journal entries, general ledger accounting, fixed assets management, accruals processing, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Intercompany reconciliation for monthly closing activities.
• Prepare month end reports such as trial balance and month end closing statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in finance or related field with expertise in RTR processes.
• Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. (Finance), B.Com (Commerce), or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of GL Accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries, fixed asset management, intercompany reconciliations, month end reporting.
