🧾 Invoice & Reconciliation Analyst – Media

🌎 About the Role

At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we are looking for an Invoice & Reconciliation Analyst to support billing processes and the financial reconciliation of advertising campaigns within a media agency environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial reconciliation within the media or advertising industry. This person will be responsible for reviewing invoices, validating campaign investments, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial records across clients, agencies, and media vendors.

Previous experience in a media or advertising environment is a must, as this role requires an understanding of media billing processes and advertising campaign investments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧾 Manage and support invoice processing and reconciliation for advertising campaigns across clients, agencies, and media vendors.
• 💰 Review and validate invoices against media plans, campaign budgets, purchase orders, and actual media spend.
• 🔍 Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between invoiced amounts, campaign investments, and financial records.
• 📊 Support billing, payments, collections, budget tracking, and financial projections related to media campaigns.
• 📋 Maintain accurate reconciliation trackers, billing records, and supporting documentation.
• 📈 Prepare reports on invoice status, outstanding balances, discrepancies, and reconciliation progress.
• 🤝 Coordinate with Media Planning, Media Buying, Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and external vendors to resolve billing issues.
• ⏱️ Monitor deadlines to ensure invoices and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• ⚙️ Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, reconciliation accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• ✅ Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and established reconciliation processes.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or reconciliation within a media agency, advertising company, or media-related business.
• Mandatory: Previous experience working with media billing processes, advertising invoices, or campaign investment reconciliation.
• 💡 Understanding of media plans, campaign budgets, media vendor invoices, and advertising spend.
• 💻 Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Conditional formulas
• 🗣️ English B2+ or higher.
• Experience with financial systems, invoicing platforms, or ERP tools is a plus.
