Invoice Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating Invoices for this entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort POD's
• Creating accurate Invoices for Customer's

-Verify accuracy with Shipping documents to ensure customers are billed correctly

• Process paperwork and documentation
• Support the team with clerical tasks as needed

-Transfer paperwork to the appropriate storage area

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in trucking and PODs is a strong asset

• Entry Level position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
