Invoice Controller

Atlas Maritime Shipmanagement Ltd Purchasing Department is seeking an experienced Invoice Controller for immediate employment, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of department’s invoices and accruals

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Record and maintain invoice data in the company’s ERP system (Benefit)
• Ensure that all delivery notes for spares and stores are received, checked, and reviewed for accuracy and completeness, with any discrepancies promptly identified and resolved.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments
• Follow up on missing, incorrect or disputed invoices until fully settled
• Prepare monthly reports and accruals, in support of month-end closing

Requirements

• Proven invoice control experience in the shipping sector is essential
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Benefit modules
• Detail-oriented, analytical and self-motivated, able to resolve discrepancies independently and in cooperation with the Company’s other departments
• Ability to handle high invoice volumes and meet payment and closing deadlines
• Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal
