PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Invoice Data Clerk to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoice data, supporting our financial operations and maintaining smooth vendor relationships. Responsibilities

• Enter invoice details into the database with a high level of accuracy.
• Review and verify invoice information against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice issues.
• Maintain up-to-date records and assist with monthly reconciliation processes.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc data requests and documentation as required.
• Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, or accounts payable support.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
