What they need
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Membuat Invoice jasa trucking
- Mengecheck kelengkapan dokumen sebelum di buat invoice
- Menyiapkan kelengkapan lampiran yang dibutuhkan untuk penagihan invoice
- Melakukan komunikasi internal dan eksternal (customer) mengenai pembuatan invoice
Persyaratan :
- Minimal pendidikan S1 Akuntansi / Administrasi / Management
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 Tahun sebagai Invoicing logistik (Diutamakan)
- Terbiasa menggunakan sistem akuntansi
- Teliti dan rapi
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer Ms. Office (Excel, word, Outlook)
- Terbiasa bekerja lembur
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
- Penempatan Surabaya - Osowilangun
