Invoice/AP Assistant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least [2–3] years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably experienced with ERP/accounting systems; preferably SAP.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple invoices and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, invoice management platforms, or accounting software.
• Experience with invoice reconciliation and vendor coordination.
