Invoicing Analyst

Description This is an opportunity with a leading global technology company based in Cork on a hybrid arrangement. The role sits within a finance operations team focused on invoicing, billing accuracy, data analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoice-related issues, identify trends, improve reporting, and support a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchants and issuers & network to support financial wins

• Partner onboarding including customer facing

• Identification of omitted data and making recommendations including accruals

• Building relationships with partner relations team

• Using data sets to assess performance and identify performance improvement opportunities

• Reviewing customer feedback to distill and quantify themes

• Support with changes serving customer experience e.g. by creating process flows, testing and supporting the implementation of changes

• Working with VAT changes and anomolies
